- Damage excess (deductible) charged by the supplier
- Theft excess
- Windows, mirrors, tyres, wheels, roof, underbody
- Towing, lost keys, lockout, misfuelling
- Administration and immobilisation fees
Not covered
- Third-party liability (always with the supplier)
- Damage under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Off-road driving, racing, unauthorised drivers
- The security deposit itself — it is still blocked at the desk
How a claim works
Pay the supplier and keep every receipt, the damage report and the rental agreement.
Open a claim in My bookings within 90 days of drop-off.
We decide within 28 days and refund to your card.
